Olga Grunina

Olga Grunina serves as the Marketing Communication Services Team Lead at Wargaming since June 2022, where responsibilities include leading CRM automation execution, enhancing campaign quality standards, and managing team task allocation. Previously held roles at Wargaming also included Platforms Technical Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on game presence on platforms like Steam and managing player engagement. In addition to Wargaming, Olga currently works as Community & Stores Manager at Unfrozen, engaging with the player community and coordinating feedback with the development team. Prior to these roles, experience as Manager of PC Stores at HeroCraft involved communication with partners and managing online store presence. Olga is currently pursuing education at Saint Petersburg State University, with earlier education at GBOU Lyceum № 214.
