Joseph Musoke

Joseph Musoke is an experienced human resources professional with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as Head of Human Resource & Administration at Warid Telecom since June 2010, Joseph oversees both Human Resource functions and General Administration, including office assets, fleet, utilities, and security. Previously, at Warid Telecom Uganda Ltd., Joseph was instrumental in establishing the Human Resource function during the company's startup. Prior roles include Head of Human Resource at British American Tobacco, where Joseph advised on HR strategy and operational goals, and Human Resource Manager at Caltex Oil, where Joseph provided expert HR guidance to executive leadership. Joseph holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work & Social Administration from Makerere University.
