Charles Dauber has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1990. Charles began their career at Teradyne as a Sales and Marketing Manager, Asia, and held various sales, sales management, and marketing roles at the company. In 1998, they moved to Copper Mountain Networks as a Product Line Manager. In 1999, they founded and became CEO of ClipShow. In 2001, they joined Blue Coat Systems as Vice President Marketing/Product Management and Corporate Development, where they successfully re-positioned and relaunched CacheFlow as Blue Coat Systems, growing the company to a $200M/year supplier of enterprise network security systems. In 2005, they were recruited by investors/board to become President and CEO of Nevis Networks, a startup provider of enterprise LAN security systems. In 2007, they became Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at American Electric Technologies (NASDAQ: AETI). Charles has been the Chief Executive Officer of Warm Commerce since 2018.

Charles Dauber attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Electrical Engineering and Marketing.
