Binil Thomas is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Warmly since January 2025, Binil previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Orum from September 2020 to May 2024, where Binil led engineering, product management, and design efforts in a sales technology company. Binil's career also includes significant roles at AppDynamics, where contributions spanned from Engineering Manager to Sr. Director, APM, overseeing a successful R&D group and managing high-revenue product development. Earlier experience includes developing high-frequency trading systems at Ronin Capital and serving as an Associate Architect at Tavant. Binil holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from the University of Kerala.
