Adam Reiner is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Warn Automotive since October 2017, where expertise in intent-based leadership has facilitated team growth and focus during the company's transition from Warn Industries. With experience as a New Product Introduction Engineering Team Lead at Warn Industries, Adam enhanced cross-functional efficiency and developed automation tools to streamline development processes. Additional roles include Ski Instructor at Mt. Hood Meadows Resort and contributions as a contractor at American Aerospace Engineering LLC, showcasing a solid background in project management and engineering principles. Adam's early internships have provided foundational skills in mechanical engineering, contributing to a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University.
