Chad Browne

Chad Browne is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at Warn Industries since January 2018, Chad previously held the position of Assistant Controller. Prior to that, Chad was an Accounting/Finance Manager at GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited, where responsibilities included implementing a new ERP system and managing financial reporting for the CCZ business unit. Chad's earlier experience includes serving as Accounting Manager for Solar Materials at SunEdison, where leadership extended to domestic and international accounting teams. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Accountant for Financial Reporting at Holiday Retirement, along with positions at Ernst & Young as a Senior Financial Auditor. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
