Currently serving as the National Finance Advisor for the Faith & Belief Business Resource Group at Warner Bros. Discovery and as Co-Chair of the same board, Damon is committed to fostering an inclusive environment for employees of diverse faiths. As Operations Manager at TNT Sports U.S., Damon has provided support to major sports partnerships and has successfully managed video product operations, contributing to significant increases in digital viewership. Damon founded Life Brand Academy to assist individuals in personal branding, and previously held various consulting and managerial roles in organizations such as WorshipStream, UP tv, and Integrity Music. Damon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University and furthered education at the Bethel Atlanta School of Supernatural Ministry.
