Brian Rauch

Brian Rauch is an accomplished finance executive currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Shared Services at Warner Bros. Discovery since April 2022. Prior to this, Brian held the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Finance Operations at Discovery Inc., overseeing the Global Business Services team and Financial Planning & Analysis operations from March 2018 to April 2022. Brian’s extensive experience includes senior leadership roles at Scripps Networks Interactive and the Tennessee Valley Authority, as well as a successful tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brian holds a Master of Accountancy in Audit from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
