Dainira Falk

Dainira Falk currently serves as the VP, Lead Regional Counsel Streaming for Latin America at Warner Bros. Discovery, a position held since April 2022. Falk has extensive experience in legal affairs within the media industry, previously working as VP, Lead Regional Counsel for HBO Max in Latin America at WarnerMedia and as Senior Director of Business and Legal Affairs at HBO Latin America. Additionally, Falk held the role of Head of Legal at AMC Networks, overseeing legal matters for various channels, and served as Legal Director for Discovery Communications, managing legal issues across the Latin American region. Falk began their legal career as an Associate at White & Case LLP and practiced as an Attorney at Bravo Rico & Asociados. Educational qualifications include a JD from Duke University School of Law and a JD equivalent from Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua. Falk is also an active member of the Television Executives Peer Group at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences since January 2016.
