Dana Nolan

Dana Nolan has extensive legal experience, serving as the Director of Legal, Litigation at Warner Bros. Discovery from May 2018 to October 2023, where responsibilities included representing litigation counsel for various subsidiaries such as CNN, Turner Sports, and HBO Max. Additionally, Nolan held the position of Director of Legal for the Drones division, providing counsel for CNN Air. Prior legal roles include Senior Counsel for Litigation at Hall Booth Smith, P.C. and an Associate focused on complex litigation in the long-term care sector. Earlier experience includes a Law Clerk position at Henry County Superior Court, where Nolan assisted in establishing accountability courts, and a legal externship with the Federal Aviation Administration. Dana Nolan holds a Doctor of Law degree from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Vanderbilt University.
