Derek Horrigan

Derek Horrigan is an experienced professional in facilities management, currently serving as the Southern Region Property Management Head for Warner Bros. Discovery since June 2022. Horrigan oversees all property management functions, including hard services, maintenance, and critical infrastructure systems across 24 facilities totaling approximately 5 million square feet. Prior to this role, Horrigan held the position of Vice President, Facilities Engineering at WarnerMedia and worked at Turner Properties as Director of Facilities Engineering and Sr. Manager of Facility Engineering & Security. With over 20 years of experience in maintenance, operations, and design, along with a background in the United States Air Force as Superintendent of Facilities for Air Combat Command, Horrigan possesses a robust skill set in coordinating engineering and maintenance programs. Horrigan earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham.
