Estefanía Tomasek

Estefanía Tomasek serves as the Sr. Director of Legal, Ethics & Compliance for LATAM & Iberia at Warner Bros. Discovery, where responsibilities include providing legal advice for original productions in Latin America. Prior to this role, Estefanía was the Head of Legal for the Southern Cone at Discovery Inc., overseeing a significant division across several countries including Argentina and Chile. Estefanía's career began at Fox Networks Group, where the position of Associate Director of Business & Legal Affairs was held. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law from the University of Buenos Aires, a Magister in Corporate Law from Universidad de 'San Andrés', and ongoing studies in Digital Law and Law at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, among others.
