Fernando Fernandez

Fernando Fernandez has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as CFO and SVP of Corporate Finance at Warner Bros. Discovery since June 2008, where responsibilities span corporate finance, technology, and integration. Prior roles at Warner Bros. include GVP of Integration and Global FP&A, as well as Regional CFO positions. Before joining Warner Bros., Fernando held the position of Accounting Manager at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies, overseeing general accounting and financial reporting, and began a career in finance as a Senior Accountant at Premier Behavioral Solutions and Condé Nast México & Latinoamérica. Fernando earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a degree in Accounting from Universidad 'Santa María'.
