Before entering the television sector, Baruh worked as Senior Director of Digital Business Affairs at EMI Music, overseeing transactions related to digital distribution of music and video content. Karen Baruh holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University.
