Michelle Inouye Schultz is the Chief Counsel for Warner Bros. Television Group at Warner Bros. Discovery since May 2021. Prior to their current role, Michelle held various legal positions at Warner Bros. Entertainment from August 2007 to April 2021, including SVP of Legal Affairs and Vice President & Sr. Litigation Counsel. Before joining Warner Bros., Michelle worked at Kirkland & Ellis from August 1997 to July 2007, starting as an Associate and eventually becoming a Partner. Michelle holds a JD from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in Journalism & English from the University of Southern California.
