Paula A. Price

Paula A. Price was the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Macy’s, Inc. from 2018 until 2020. From 2014 to 2018, she was a full-time senior lecturer at Harvard Business School and remains a visiting executive. Prior to joining the faculty of Harvard Business School, she was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ahold USA, a U.S. grocery retailer, which she joined in 2009. Prior to joining Ahold USA, Ms. Price was senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer at CVS Caremark. Ms. Price also held senior management positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Prudential Insurance Co. of America, Diageo and Kraft Foods. A certified public accountant, she began her career at Arthur Andersen & Co. Ms. Price has served as a director of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company and Davita Inc. since 2020 and a director of Accenture plc since 2014. She also currently serves as a director of Western Digital Corporation, where she was a member of the board from 2014 through 2019, and rejoined the board in 2020. Ms. Price was a member of the board of Dollar General from 2014 through 2018.

Ms. Price is a Class I Director; her initial term expires at the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
