Shanon Muir

Shanon Muir currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs at Warner Bros. Discovery, overseeing legal and business operations for three prestigious animation studios and managing a substantial portfolio of projects. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Warner Bros. Animation, where Shanon led a team of legal professionals and negotiated complex deals. Earlier roles include Director of Business Affairs & Legal Counsel at Disney Television Animation, where Shanon negotiated talent deals for animated series, and a Coordinator role for the Active Streets LA Initiative. Muir also has a background as a Counsel in Business and Legal Affairs at Warner Bros. Entertainment and has worked as a Consultant and Contract Attorney. Shanon holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
