Stacey Young Rivers

Stacey Young Rivers, Ph.D. is an accomplished leader in organizational development and technology management, currently serving as the Head of People Growth + Enterprise Skills Strategy at Warner Bros. Discovery since April 2022. With an extensive career at WarnerMedia from June 2019 to April 2022, Stacey held several key positions, including Senior Director of People Growth & Enterprise Skills Strategy and Director of Tech Human Capital Management. Prior experience spans two decades at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., where Stacey led initiatives in technology skills development, project management, and executive portfolio management. An academic achiever, Stacey earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Mercer University and holds a Master of Science in Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness from Troy University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from Clayton State University.
