Wayne Smith

Wayne Smith is the Executive Vice President of Legal at Warner Bros. Studios, overseeing all legal matters related to the global development and production of motion picture, television, and related content across the Warner Bros. portfolio. Previously, they held positions including Senior Vice President of Corporate Legal and Chief Patent Counsel at Warner Bros. Smith began their legal career as an Associate and Senior Associate at Troutman Pepper and later became a Partner at Squire Patton Boggs. They are currently pursuing a J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School and a B.S. in Industrial & Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan.
