Ethan Baer

Ethan Baer currently serves as A&R Director at Warner Chappell Music since October 2024 and previously held the same title at Roc Nation from May 2017 to September 2024. In addition to the A&R Director role, Ethan also worked as A&R during the tenure at Roc Nation. Ethan Baer earned a degree in Sociology from Pitzer College, graduating in 2020, and attended Campbell Hall from 2010 to 2016.
