Guillermo Undiano is a CPA with an MBA and EMST. Guillermo has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Guillermo currently holds the position of Vice President for Latin America Finance & Operations at Warner Chappell Music since November 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Latin America Regional Finance Head at Warner Chappell Music from March 2019 to November 2021.

Before joining Warner Chappell Music, Guillermo worked at Sony Music Entertainment as a Finance Director from April 2016 to March 2019. Guillermo also gained valuable experience at The Siegfried Group as a Manager Associate from October 2015 to April 2016, and at PwC as a Senior Associate from January 2011 to August 2015.

Guillermo's career in finance began at Santander Private Banking International, where they worked as a Finance/IT Analyst - COO Financial Assistant from July 2007 to December 2010. Through their various roles, Guillermo has developed a strong background in financial management and analysis, making him a valuable asset in the field.

Guillermo Undiano has an extensive education history in the field of business and accounting. In 2000, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School. Guillermo furthered their education at Florida Atlantic University, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Management and Marketing between 2004 and 2005.

Undiano then pursued an MBA with a focus on International Business from Eastern Michigan University, which they completed in 2007. In 2009, they attended Florida International University - College of Business to fulfill the foundation requirements for becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with a specialization in Accounting. Additionally, in 2010, they completed the Master of Accounting/Taxation Program at Florida International University - College of Business, specializing in Accounting.

To complement their educational background, Guillermo Undiano obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in March 2012. This certification allows him to practice as a CPA in the state of Florida.
