Jessica Richling O'Malley

Jessica Richling O'Malley has a diverse work experience in the music licensing industry. Jessica began their career as an Admissions Assistant and Office Aide at LIM College, where they worked from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Viacom as a Coordinator, responsible for MTVU/MTV2 Music Series, International Distribution, and Digital Media. Jessica was promoted to the role of Senior Coordinator for MTV Series & Live Events in 2009 and later became the Manager of Music & Media Licensing in 2013. In 2014, Jessica joined Beachbody as a Senior Manager of Music Licensing, where they worked until 2018. Jessica then joined Warner Chappell Music as the Director of Mechanical Licensing, leading the department until 2021.
