Prior to their time at Warner Music, Bettina worked as the Marketing Director Frontline at Warner Music, Head of Pop Department, and Product Manager at wea records. Bettina also has experience in jury roles at prestigious events such as Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, eurobest, and The Clio Awards. Bettina began their career as a Trainee Marketing at Sire Records Group Inc.
Bettina Dorn holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication-Media Studies/ Media Law / Social Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Bettina also obtained a High School Diploma from Mar Vista Senior High School in Imperial Beach, CA in 1990.
