Aaron Bay-Schuck

Co-Chairman & CEO, Warner Records at Warner Music Group

Aaron Bay-Schuck is the co-chairman and CEO of Warner Records at Warner Music Group. Prior to this, they were the publisher and general manager of VICE Media from January 2011 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for building the VICE music brand across multiple global channels and platforms. Aaron was also the executive producer for award-winning TV and digital content.

Bay-Schuck has won numerous awards for their work, including the YouTube Creators Award (2019), the Webby Award for Noisey in the Social Media Services category (2018), and the Lovie Award for Noisey in the Best Music Site category (2018). Aaron has also been nominated for several prestigious industry awards, including the Clio Award and the MTV Video Music Award.
