Allie Barbera

Allie Barbera is an accomplished professional in the music industry, currently serving as the Senior Director of A&R and Label Acquisition at Warner Music Group since October 2025. Prior to this role, Allie held various positions at FUGA from September 2018 to October 2025, progressing from Business Development Coordinator to Senior Director of Business Development. Earlier in the career, Allie gained experience in digital marketing and business development at Gigabit Live. Allie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business/Management and Marketing from Berklee College of Music, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance from Montclair State University.
