Andre R. is an experienced professional in the music industry, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Operations for Latin America at Warner Music Group since October 2022. Responsibilities include overseeing operations and managing the Production Team for the region, making data-driven decisions, and optimizing release schedules. Prior roles include Artist Manager and A&R at MUSTDIE, LLC, where Andre successfully developed the Latin artist Nani, and Senior Director of Production at 10K Projects, overseeing all distribution and asset delivery. Additional experience spans digital marketing management at Light Switch Digital and various engineering and intern roles at Warner Music Group and Century Media Records. Andre holds a Bachelor of Science in Audio Production from the Art Institute of California - Los Angeles and is pursuing an MBA at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
