Danielle E. Davis

Danielle E. Davis serves as Senior Vice President and Head of M&A in Corporate Legal at Warner Music Group since November 2025. In addition, Danielle holds the position of Independent Trustee for the Principal Private Credit Fund I and Principal Real Asset Fund at Principal Asset Management since April 2024. Previously, Danielle was Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Chainalysis from July 2022 to November 2025, and Managing Director, Chief M&A Counsel at IHS Markit from June 2018 to June 2022. Earlier roles include Associate General Counsel for Mergers and Acquisitions at Nielsen, Business & Finance Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and Business Associate at Barnes & Thornburg LLP. Danielle earned a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Notre Dame in 2004.
