Joseph Stiles

Joseph Stiles is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits within the global music industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Compensation at Warner Music Group since November 2013, Joseph has successfully managed a global merit and bonus review for 5,000 employees across multiple territories, implemented a new equity program post-IPO, and led initiatives to address gender and ethnicity pay gaps.
