Daniel G. Bonucchi

Dan Bonucchi is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Warner Norcross + Judd since October 2019, previously holding the position of Associate. Prior experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at Federal-Mogul Motorparts and a Senior Associate Attorney at Bodman PLC, where representation covered corporate organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and various commercial transactions. Dan Bonucchi began legal training as an Associate Attorney at Bodman PLC as well as working as a Summer Associate, and gained earlier experience through internships at Ford Motor Company and Whirlpool Corporation. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
