She also works closely with plan fiduciaries to interpret plans, assess risk and engage and monitor service providers.
On the executive compensation end, Heidi advises on designing and maintaining plans or employment agreements to attract and retain the finest business leaders in a tax-efficient manner. Her work enables clients to reward top executives, which encourages them to deliver their best performance and bolster the overall success of the workforce and the organization as a whole.
