Kathryn A. DeVillez

Katy DeVillez currently serves as Regulatory Counsel at Evernorth Health Services, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Katy worked as an Employee Benefits Attorney at Warner Norcross + Judd from June 2017 to May 2023. Katy's career also includes serving as the Director of FSA Operations and ERISA Compliance at bswift, and in various roles at Spectrum Health, including Manager of System Benefits and Benefits Analyst. Additionally, Katy was a Benefits Consultant at Steelcase Inc. and returned to Warner Norcross + Judd for a second tenure as an Employee Benefits Attorney. Early in Katy's career, a position as a Summer Associate at Varnum LLP was also held. Katy earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
