Mark K. Harder

Mark Harder serves as Chair of the Family Office Industry Group at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP since April 2015 and has been a Partner in the Trusts and Estates Group and Family Office Practice since November 1990. Mark's practice focuses on counseling high net worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses on estate planning, tax matters, and trust administration across Michigan and the nation. Mark has significantly contributed to the legal community by serving as Chair and Reporter of the Michigan Trust Code Committee of the State Bar of Michigan and leading the initiative to write and enact the Michigan Trust Code. Mark previously chaired Michigan's largest trusts and estates group from 2002 to 2007 and has actively engaged with various legal and financial organizations, authoring publications and delivering presentations on the Michigan Trust Code. Mark began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Davis & Kuelthau, s.c., after earning a JD from the University of Iowa College of Law and a BBA in Economics from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
