Sean H. Cook

Sean Cook is a Partner at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP since January 2013, specializing in tax, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, administration, and non-profit law. Prior to this role, Sean served as a Shareholder at Butzel Long from June 2006 to December 2012, focusing on similar areas of expertise.
