John Kurath

John Kurath has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. John began their career in 1995 as Vice President at BenefitMall, where they successfully launched the Colorado office and led expansion efforts into other markets. John then joined Anthem, Inc. in 2003 as Vice President, managing individual and small group medical and specialty sales in all UNICARE markets. In 2005, they joined Warner Pacific Insurance Services as Senior Vice President, overseeing sales operations in the Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma markets. John developed market strategies to promote sales growth and supported company objectives across each region. In 2016, they co-founded Help On Demand, powered by BigWave Systems, where they serve as President. John leads the software platform that provides on-demand technology within the insurance and healthcare industry and oversees the management team in charge of day-to-day sales, operations and customer care.

John Kurath attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1986 to 1988 and the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 1984 to 1986. John also holds a Health and Life Insurance License from the Colorado Division of Insurance.
