Milford Chang

Milford Chang has a diverse work experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. Milford started their career at San Francisco Health Plan in 1996, where they served as the Director of Information Systems until 1999. In 2002, Milford joined PacAdvantage as a Senior Manager Business Analytics, a role they held until 2006. During this time, they gained expertise in analyzing business data for strategic decision-making. In 2006, Milford joined Warner Pacific Insurance Services as a Senior Data Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for managing and analyzing data for multiple healthcare insurance carriers in various states across the USA. Milford worked on various insurance products and collaborated with external data partners. Milford utilized their skills in project management, data analysis, and application development using MS Office, MS Access, and SQL applications.

Milford Chang has pursued their education in the field of ecology, evolution, systematics, and population biology at UC San Diego. Milford pursued a degree in Ecology, Behavior, and Evolution, further developing their knowledge and understanding in these areas.
