Ben Farber has extensive experience in the music industry. Their most recent role was as the VP - Streaming & Revenue - Rock/Alternative & Country at Warner Records, where they oversaw streaming strategy and partnerships with major platforms such as Spotify, Apple, and Pandora. Prior to this, they held positions as a Senior Director and Director in the same department, where they developed relationships with streaming partners and executed marketing campaigns for Warner Records artists. Outside of Warner Records, Ben was a Co-Founder of Under The Radar, an artist showcase series, and hosted and produced the podcast "How the F Do I Podcast" with their co-host Marta Riggins. Ben also worked at Pandora as a Senior Manager and Manager in Artist Marketing, where they managed relationships with label partners and executed various marketing programs. Before their time at Pandora, Ben worked at Total Assault LLC as a Digital Marketing Manager, where they developed strategies for over 200 artists. Ben also interned at Interscope Records, eventually rising to the position of Vice President. Ben Farber attended Cate School from 2000 to 2004, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they attended Ohio Wesleyan University from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics Management.
