Previously, Paul was the Head of Customer Engagement at LeisureBench Ltd, leading a team to enhance digital advertising and website operations. With a background as a Web Consultant at Strawberry Stone Ltd and roles in web management and education, Paul combines technical acumen with a strong foundation in customer service and digital strategy. Paul holds a BSc (Hons.) in Computational Physics from the University of Kent and further education from the University of Oxford.
