Jonny Woolf

Jonny Woolf has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Jonny currently holds the position of Head of Finance at Warp Records since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a COO/CFO at Instrumental. from November 2017 to December 2022, where they facilitated commercial partnerships between emerging independent music stars and media companies. Jonny also served as an Interim Consultant at Point Capital in September 2017. Additionally, Jonny worked as a CFO at Mwabu, an education-technology start-up, from May 2016 to September 2017, where they led a multinational team and developed financial strategies. Jonny was a Finance Director at Pearson aka Edexcel, a FTSE 100 Division, from September 2013 to April 2016, with responsibility for over £250m of costs. Jonny co-founded Fairsharemusic in 2009, where they served as CFO until September 2013. Jonny also briefly worked as an Interim FP&A Consultant at 2entertain and held various roles at Warner Music Group, including Commercial Director/Finance Director and Group Financial Director.

Jonny Woolf attended Cardiff High School for an unspecified period of time. Following high school, they went on to study Accounting and Finance at Liverpool John Moores University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Later, they pursued further education in Accounting and Finance at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
