Tarini Pancholi

Tarini Pancholi has extensive experience in the retail industry, with a focus on merchandising and category management. Tarini is currently serving as the Co-Founder & Director (Merchandising) at Warpfy, where they are leading a team to disrupt the traditional retail model and revolutionize the sale of Asian merchandises in global markets. Prior to this, Tarini worked as a Senior Category Manager at Supertails, where they were responsible for managing product categories. Tarini also held the position of Business Head at Opus Indigo Designs, where they launched a range of ergonomic products for the Indian retail market. Additionally, Tarini served as a Partner at DwellDuo, where they were responsible for the brand's strategy and financial management. Tarini has also worked as the Head of Retail at Associated Lighting Group Ltd., where they launched a brand for the Indian retail lighting market and managed production and quality control. Tarini's earlier experience includes working as a Category Manager at FabFurnish, where they managed home décor and lighting categories. Tarini began their career as a Designer cum Category Manager at Khamir, where they developed new products and provided skill development programs for rural artisans.

Tarini Pancholi pursued an MSc in Prosperity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from UCL from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended the Indian Institute of Crafts & Design (IICD) from 2006 to 2010, where they focused on Hard Material Application.
