Dean Williams

Dean Williams is an experienced IT and client services professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as IT Manager at Warranty Processing Company, Inc. since June 2023, Dean previously held the role of Client Services Manager at nDivision from November 2015 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team of Helpdesk engineers and client accounts. Additional roles include Board of Adjustments member for the Town of Copper Canyon, Service Desk Manager at CompuCom, and SharePoint Admin Escalation Manager at Microsoft Corp. Dean's management experience also extends to overseeing Help Desk operations at CompuCom Systems and leading a team at Fidelity Investments. Dean holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington and is a graduate of Yokota High School in Japan.
