Mark J. Norman

Mark J. Norman has extensive work experience in the warranty processing industry. Mark J. started their career in 1995 at Warranty Processing Company, Inc. as the CFO, a position they held until 2004. In 2001, Mark founded their own company, Warranty Processing Company, Inc., where they served as the Owner, President, and CEO. In 2006, they joined FTI Consulting as a Senior Consultant and later progressed to the roles of Director and Managing Director. Mark J.'stenure at FTI Consulting lasted until December 2022. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated their expertise in leadership, finance, and consulting.

Mark J. Norman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the SMU Cox School of Business. Mark J. also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder. In 1990-1991, they studied Accounting and Finance at the University of San Diego. Additionally, Mark has obtained several certifications including CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) from the CFA Institute, CIRA (Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor) from the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA), CPA from the State of Colorado, and CTP (Certified Turnaround Professional) from the Turnaround Management Association.
