James Kladouris

James joined Warren and Mahoney as an Associate in 2021, bringing an in-depth understanding of residential and commercial projects. He has experience through all phases of a project, excelling in feasibility studies, conceptual design and development, successful design competitions, design development and managing teams.

His approach to design is well considered as he invests time into understanding the client's future aspirations as well as the strengths of the team. By doing so, James brings out the best in his design teams, meaning they run efficiently and can optioneer and test solutions quickly. His clients appreciate his ability to simplify complex issues.
