Jonathan Coote

Jonathan joined Warren and Mahoney in 2010, and was appointed Studio Principal in the Christchurch studio in 2018. He is an award-winning architect having worked on significant large-scale and boutique projects both in the UK and the Caribbean.

Jonathan strongly believes in the importance of leading a project all the way through from concept to completion so that the key objectives and qualities are not compromised.

Jonathan’s extensive international experience has led to a strong understanding of the design and delivery of complex and large-scale public, educational and residential projects. Since joining Warren and Mahoney, Jonathan has become a key member of the design team. His involvement in a wide range of architectural and interior projects of varying scales include the PwC Centre, the University of Canterbury, Warren and Mahoney's Christchurch studio, high-end residential works and Aspect Furniture showrooms in both New Zealand and Australia.

Jonathan is a registered Greenstar Practitioner.
