Valentina joined Warren and Mahoney in 2021, bringing 25 years' of experience leading major interior discipline projects and developing innovative and creative solutions for complex briefs and challenging project requirements.

She demonstrates clarity, consistency, and confidence when dealing with clients and leading project teams through all the phases of a project, culminating in successful delivery.

Valentina's design philosophy is firmly grounded in the belief that successful design adds lasting value and beauty. She believes in collaborative partnerships with clients and designing environments that support positive organisational change and deliver enduring design outcomes.

Sustainable design is one of Valentina's great passions. She is a Green Star Accredited Professional and a firm advocate for restorative design, driving an implementation of sustainable environmental design principles throughout all her work.
