Talia Lopes has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Partner and HR Business Partner SR at Warren Brasil since November 2021, collaborating with leadership across commercial and marketing sectors. Previously, Talia held several HR roles, including HR Business Partner at TIMAC Agro Brasil, where responsibilities encompassed organizational culture, leadership development, and strategic recruitment. Talia's career began as an HR intern and has progressed through positions at Hospital Moinhos de Vento, Grupo RBS, and Linck Máquinas S/A, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, selection, and employee development. Talia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a degree in Human Resource Management from the Faculdade de Desenvolvimento do Rio Grande do Sul.
