Tom Isaacs

Tom Isaacs has an extensive career in educational leadership, currently serving as the Superintendent of the Warren County Educational Service Center since July 2008. In this role, Tom oversees student programs for at-risk and disabled students across more than 70 school districts, managing a budget of approximately $65 million. Notable achievements include the development and implementation of innovative student programs, facilitating the "Test and Stay" initiative during the Covid-19 pandemic, and earning multiple awards, including the Franklin Chamber of Commerce President’s Award in 2022. Prior to this position, Tom served as the District Superintendent for Wayne Local School District and held principal roles at both Valley View and Twin Valley Local School Districts, contributing to significant school improvements and community partnerships. Tom holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Comprehensive Social Studies Education from Miami University.
