Sophie Radcliffe

Sophie is a key member of the Operations team, supporting the management and wider team in delivering key activities and projects across the business. A period as an assignment manager means that she can effectively bridge the gap between operational and business requirements and successful client interactions and placements. She is passionate about seeing projects through from beginning to end, finding solutions to intractable problems and seeking ways to do so more efficiently. Sophie is good-humoured and unflappable; she is committed to creating an enjoyable working environment at Warren Partners.

Sophie brings significant project management experience and is committed to executing the strategy of continual operational improvement to ensure Warren Partners delivers a positive client and employee experience. Prior to joining Warren Partners in 2019, Sophie worked in events management and supported clients within a variety of sectors internationally.
