Francisco Rivera Valls

Francisco Rivera Valls has a strong background in operations and management. Francisco most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at Warren Rupp, Inc. starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at IDEX Fire & Safety, where they held the positions of Director of Operations from 2022 to 2023 and Director of Operational Excellence from 2021 to 2022. Earlier in their career, Francisco worked at Schaeffler in various roles including Value Stream Manager, Machining Manager, and Project Manager. Francisco'sexpertise lies in manufacturing engineering, production management, and process improvement.

Francisco Rivera Valls has a diverse education history. In 2003, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey and obtained their high school degree with a focus on "Preparatoria" studies. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Electronics Engineering from 2006 to 2011, also at Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2013, Francisco pursued a Management Skills Degree at Tecnológico de Monterrey, and in 2016, they attended The University of Akron to obtain their Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
