Kaden Brown

Kaden Brown is a Lab Engineer at Warren Rupp, Inc. since June 2022, specializing in manufacturing test fixture experiments and performance improvement. Responsibilities include refining hardware and methods to enhance product quality and reduce costs, creating key performance indicators, conducting data analysis, and coordinating technical training for manufacturing employees. Prior experience at TE Connectivity included roles as a CNC Setup/Operator, Test Technician, and Production Operator, where Kaden developed skills in machining, testing, and soldering operations. Kaden holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from North Central State College. Educational background also includes a high school diploma focused on Engineering/CADD from Mansfield Senior High School.
