Terry Mason

Terry Mason is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and product development. Since March 2011, Terry has held various positions at Warren Rupp, Inc., culminating in the role of Senior Lab Engineer, where responsibilities include pump repair, troubleshooting, certified testing, and quality assurance reporting. Previously, Terry served as a Design Engineer at Baja Marine Corporation, overseeing project execution from concept to completion, and as a Designer at LEWCO, Inc., focusing on custom conveyor systems and other mechanical designs. Terry's early career at National Machinery included roles as a Presetter and Detailer, collaborating closely with design engineers. Terry holds an Associate's degree in Industrial Technology - Engineering Design from North Central State College and graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School.
